Welcome Chris Song, Vice President of Business Development
Chris Song is no stranger to business development; he has been in the finance industry since 1997, has nine years of mortgage experience and eleven years as an Allstate franchise owner.
“I’m thrilled to have Chris join our incredible team. He has an impressive track record and work ethic that speaks volumes,” said Mike Cave, CEO and Founder of 1st Equity National Title and Closing Services.
Chris began his career in the finance industry when he was just a mere seventeen years young, as a stockbroker trainee at Whitehall Wellington in Garden City, NY. He later went on to work on Wall Street.
He serves on the Board of Directors for AREAA, a non-profit organization, for the past six years. Chris is also an advisor for the Korean American Realtors Association, and a committee board member of Pinktie.org.
Chris is proudly married to his wife, Sara, and has two children Kayla and Joshua. He and his family are short-term missionaries and help serve and sponsor children in Nicaragua, Panama, India and the Philippines.
