Andrew R. Ricci, Esq. is responsible for analyzing, overseeing, and resolving all title issues relating to commercial real estate transactions and the issuance of title insurance policies both nationally and locally in his role as Senior Counsel – National Transaction Manager at 1st Equity National Title.
Prior to joining 1st Equity National Title, Mr. Ricci served as Underwriting Counsel for First Nationwide Title Agency, wholly-owned by AmTrust Financial, whose focus was providing underwriting support, counsel and authorization to agency personnel in connection with search services and title insurance policies in New York. Before transitioning to the title industry, Mr. Ricci represented clients in real estate transactions, drafted wills and trust agreements, prepared probate documents and provided estate planning services to high net worth clients at the Law Office of George P. Ricci.
Mr. Ricci earned his J.D. degree from Fordham University School of Law with distinction and holds a B.A. degree from Columbia University. He resides on the South Shore of Long Island with his wife and daughter, where he is an active member of the Nassau County Bar Association and volunteers his time with its related pro bono services and mentoring programs.
